Pool weather
Tuesday was an okay day, raining, but still warm outside. Wednesday on the other hand(yesterday) was great! Warm, and a little windy so not too bad actually. It's usually so humid here. Anyway, me and Rieke spent the afternoon by the pool, just like Monday, which was great.
We had a fun afternoon and gosh... how I am gonna miss this girl!!!
Thursday now, time to drove L and T to their mom's house :)

Forgot again, it is a habit by now I guess..
Now the two weeks with the kids at home are over, they were good overall, but of course they are driving each other crazy somestimes, they are siblings. We did a lot of fun stuff; mini golfing, color me mine, playdates, the pool, and on Friday I had only one of them in the morning, and the other in the afternoon. Think they like to have some alone time with me, where they get to do just what they want to do! J played baseball with me for 2 hours, and I was with T in the pool for 2½ hours in the afternoon. So much easier when it is only one of them, haha ;)
Well, the weekend before the 2nd week with the kids at home I was out with Kata a little bit on Friday, really needed to get out after the 16 hours days Thursday and Friday. Saturday I worked 10 hours and then me and Rebecca went to Manayunk. We had a lot of fun, and then she skept over here.. or we didn't really sleep a lot since we came home around 3.30 and we got up around 9.30 to go to Dorney Park on Sunday. Dorney Park was great, the water kingdom was great, and yeah, we had a great day!! When I got home in the night I didn't even had to put my head on the pillow and I was asleep pretty much.
This passed weekend we had a lot of fun again! Friday night I was out with Kata, Angela and Kata's friend Abbie, we had lots of fun. Playing pool at Kata's friend's house and then falling asleep there in early morning, haha... around 6 I guess.
Friday was craaaaazy! Haha...
After like 3 hours of sleep we went to Kata's house, got ready and left for a bbq in Delaware.

Saturday night I went out with Rebecca and Rebecka.. two of them, haha.. We met up with some guys me and Rebecca met the weekend before and hung out there for a little while.
we Anyway, we went out and danced until it closed at 2 and then we met up with them again. Left and got to Rebeccas house around 3.. Slept for a bit and then I went home to go to Six Flags with Lisa.
Six Flags was crazy too! What a huuuuge amusement park! And the rides... I get sick at home, in Sweden.. What do you think I got there? haha. Luckily Lisa is so understanding so she let me recover, haha.
However, now it is Tuesday and yeah, I am looking forward to the weekend of course, and Sunday night when me and Anne leave to go to Canada... Montreal and Toronto, and the Niagara Falls, gonna be amazing!!!

Last week(half week) of school
Yes, Tuesday was the last day of school for the kids. So, yesterday was Wednesday and the first day of two weeks of more hours of work started.
I had a great time with the kids, both yesterday and today actually. Yesterday we went mini golfing and then Chris came over with her host kids and we had a play date by the pool. The kids had a great time and so did I. It is so much fun! So the day passed by really quickly!
Today on the other hand... Was a looong day! Worked from 5.30 a.m to 10 p.m pretty much. The twins were here so they played with the little ones in the morning, and then we drove them home to their mom's and left to go to "Color me mine". Lunch at Panera bread with the kids, Color me mine and then about two hours by the pool. I was playing a lot in the pool with them, think they like it a lot when I am in there instead of just watching them, haha. I drove them to karate, then home, Swedish pancakes for dinner, and then some boardgames. Busy day, right? ;)
Anyway, they have been so good those two days! I love them so much, how I am going to miss them! Can't believe it. Feels like my siblings pretty much :) Tomorrow is Friday and then weekend.. again!!??? Haha. Biiig plans for the weekend, oh yes!
Rieke tried doing some make up and then a photo session of me after the German game on Saturday. This is one of the pictures...
Anyway, an exhausted me is going to bed now after about 16 hours of work today. Nighty!

Keep forgetting...
Yes, I forget to update the blog all the time, I amsorry about that! Anyway, last week was just as usual, work with the kids, went out to Pj's bar one night with Katarina and then we had coffee at Starbucks one night, and yeah, just finding different things to do sometimes to get out of the house for a while :) Oh yeah, Wednesday night I went to Steve's graduation from the fire academy, it was fun to see that too!
One of the mornings last week I went with Rieke and her hostchild to a park close to Rieke's house, we had a fun time :)
The rest of the week passed by quickly, and suddenly it was weekend again! :)
I went with Rieke and Annika to Cheesecake factory for dinner and around 11.30 I picked Jason up at a bar and drove him home, haha... drunkiiiie!
Saturday I was working in the morning and then I went with the girls to Manayunk, out for dinner and then to McGillyCuddy's, an Irish bar. We were dancing for a while and then went home :)
Sunday I was working, I stayed at home with T when the others went to the soccer game. We had a fun time, a lot of playing and yeah, a great time!! Love this little girl, she is amazing! :) In hte night I just met with Katarina and we were sitting at WaWa having some dinner and just chit chatting. Gossiping mostly, haha...

A week ago
I did the lsat update after the shore weekend, and yeah, the past week has been crazy! not workwise, it was like as usual: Getting ready for school in the morning, do some laundry and be by the pool during the days and then get them from the bus in the afternoon and drive them to different activities. The weeks are passing by too fast now! IF TIME COULD SLOW DOWN JUST A LITTLE BIT, THAT WOULD MAKE ME HAPPY!
Anyway, I had a great week in the nights too, gym, and on Tuesday night me and Nicolina went to Pj's bar, that was fun.
Weekend
On Friday me and Chris went to NYC, we came there around 11.30 p.m. after a little bit of trouble, always... Bus companies out of business, loooots of rain and yea. But, we finally made it there. Webster Hall was the destination. Cameo and Krooked(spelling) were playing and Chris was happy, they are from Austria, haha. Not really my kind of music, but it was okay anyway. We had lots of fun. Danced until the club closed at 4.30 a.m. and then we went to the bus home which left at 7 a.m. It was crazy, and I hope you believe that I was tiiired when I got back to the house around 10 a.m. on saturday morning. I just went to sleep and woke up when Nicolina called me and wanted to go to Manayunk for dinner. That was at 5 p.m. Felt like I had been drinking for days and that it was a terrible hangover, haha. That tired is worse than being hangover, for sure.
Saturday night me and Nicolina spent in Manayunk, had dinner at an Italian restaurant, it was so nice! And then we went to a bar, just sat there, hanging out with some people. They invited us to a houseparty on Sunday... and we were like, why on a Sunday? They said.. you don't know about THE bike race??? Haha, of course we didn't. Met two more guys on the walk ot the car, who also invited us to a house party. Apperently there were gonna be lots of them..
So, Sunday both me and Nicolina slept in, but we decided to go down there, so were there at 1 p.m. We walked to that house party, and it was so craaazy! Exactly like in the movies, no difference.. omg, can't believe it. But we met a bunch of people that were really nice and yeah, it was an experience, haha. 
Lots of fun!!
No, I think I am gonna go to the pool, just relax.. But I should clean my room first.... Have some things that I should do.. :)

Sunday = going home
We were all sun burned and everything on Sunday, so no one really wanted to go to the beach.. except me, always want to ;) well, we went to ocean city and it was so nice. I had a great time! Really.. all the rides, lunch at the boardwalk, and, I took and awesome pic with J in one of the rides, haha. I look ridiculous. But it is a nice memory to have.
Back in the shore house we started packing and getting everything ready since J forgot his homework at home, and it takes some time to do that so my hostparents figured it was better to leave on Sunday night instead of Monday afternoon.
Dressed up for a nice restaurant and after that we just left to go home. I had a nice car ride home, except that I had to hold the fishes, haha. Couldn't leave them to die at home you know ;) Anyway, at home I just wanted to get out to enjoy the warm night, so I took my bike and sat down with my book in a park, just reading. Don't know how many times people stopped to ask me if I was okay, haha. I am in USA, for sure...
Then I just hang out with a couple of friends until I just took the bike home again :)
I just love that the summer is here, and the nights are getting warmer too!
Today is another hot day, think it is around 32 degrees in the shade... Let's see what this day has to give!

Weekend at the shore
Yes, ended up going to the shore house this weekend anyway, we packed the van on Friday afternoon and got down here around 7.30 p.m. I love this house! Couldn't be better! T wanted me to share the room with her so I said fine even but I could sleep up on the 3rd floor. It's okay anyway. Saturday we went biking on the boardwalk in the morning, for about 2 hours I guess. Had a great time and the kids enjoyed it. It was reallt hot out today, and not a cloud to be seen, so after that it was the beach.
I figured I would never go in the ocean... waaay too cold for me! But however, I ended up in the water anyway, and for a long time. I tried boogieboarding with the kids, it was nice. And we just played in the water. The waves were great for boogieboarding :)
When we got back to the house, after showered and everything, we went to visit Chris' hostfamily down in Avalon. It was nice, the kids played and I got to meet Chris, loooong time ago now! We talked and walked and yeah, vacation!! Can't wait for summer ;) Gonna drive you crazy with that!!
Anyway, back in the shore house now. and I just realized... I seriously look like a lobster on my back! Haha... Must be the boogieboarding! Well, my ears are red too, will put sunscreen EVERYWHERE tomorrow ;)
Now, time for bed, bet T will wake up early tomorrow.

Good mood today
Weekend coming up, again... haha. Only weekends now!! I don't mind ;) But, my plans changed, not going with Chrisi to the shore, but if my family is going I'll go with them instead.
Anyway, this week was great, except Tuesday tho, but some days are better than others. At least class is finally done and I got my certificate! Great. Tuesday was tough with the girl, and I wanted to just go to my room and stay there, haha, but you can't do that. So just to deal with it and take the consequenses.
My family has some family problem right now, so we'll see if we go to the shore tomorrow. I really would love to go, it's gonna be an awesome weekend, and since it is Memorial day on Monday, there will be a loong weekend! A lot of people go down to the shore, which is nice :)
Today I spent by the pool with Rieke for about 3 hours, it was awesome. The weather is amazing now, perfect! Just got home from Starbucks too, after a great afternoon with the girl. We went in the pool to play and had so much fun!
Anyway, hopefully the shore this weekend, otherwise I don't know what. Maybe some time with Steve? Time will show :)
Can't wait for the real summer to come, it will be an awesome summer!! :)

Weekend again
I feel like I only have Monday, Friday and Sunday now. The rest kind of don't exist any longer. But yeah, time, what is time? Jus enjoy the day! :)
Anyway, Friday I spent at Chris house, we were watching the basketball game and just hanging out in the basement with some friends. We went to bed around 12.30 I guess, and both of us fell asleep without turning the light or the tv off. He woke up around 6 and noticed, haha. Just turned it off and then we turned around and then we were sleeping again. Well, around 10 none of us could sleep any more, and the weather outside was great, so we went outisde with his dog and played with her, and we played "boule"(don't remember the English name for that, even but he said it several times). However, I left to go home around 5 p.m. and stopped to get T something for her 7th birthday which was yesterday. I also found a great new outfit for myself, hehe...
Saturday night I spent with Nicolina and Rebecca, we decided after some discussions to go in to Philly. Ended up at a club and suddenly I was dancing salsa again, haha. It is fun tho...
Sunday was another great day, with awesome weather. I played with T and then I drove one of the twins to his soccer game, it was fun watching, and I was enjoying the weather at the same time. They lost but T played well. Anyway, the twins had a guitar recital in the night at a coffeeshop and that was amazing, the kids are great! It is very nice listening to it.
Since it was the girl's birthday, I just went home and had dinner and cake with them and then I just went down to my room to relax.
This was another great weekend, I love it! And next weekend I'll probably go to Avalon with Chris and her hostfamily. Think that's going to be another good one..
The Saturday in NYC with Rieke in april was great, need to go there more often..

Summer is here!!!
Thursday was just as good as Wednesday, I was out by the pool for like 2 hours, soooo nice!! :) The boy had a "wax museum" at school yesterday night, it was really cool. And all the kids did such a good job, I am really impressed. First thought of mine was.."I've got to tell mom about this". It was so impressive! The kids are 8 or 9 years old!
Anyway, after that I went to soccer, my last practice, feels sad. I have enjoyed it a lot. There is a tournament tho, the 30th of June which I'll play in. It's more for fun tho, but that will be a nice last thing to do with the girls.
Friday.. again!? Haha. It runs away way too fast. Another nice day today, think I'll head out for a walk soon, not too far tho, a lot of workers around the house, they are everywhere, haha!
This weekend.. not a lot of things going on. Work on Sunday, and I'll see what happens more.
But heeey, I just realized a few days ago that there is only 2 months left for me here! I can't believe it! What happened? Didn't know that a year can pass by this fast.. And I don't know. I feel like this is my life now, what am I gonna do with myself when I get back home? My life at home has like.. been on pause for a whole year, think I need to puch the play buttum and hope that it will start again.
omg, I am going to miss everything so much! Especially all my friends here. Chris, what am I gonna do without her, my partner, all the time.. Have to visit Austria, for sure!
Enough of my sad feeling, I should enjoy my last months here as much as possible and just realize..

Aching teeth
Today it has been a great day! 30 degrees and sunshine, too bad I had some laundry to do ;) anyway, spent 2 hours out by the pool, reading and just relaxing. It is great!
The kids got home around 3.40 as usual and soon I'll take the boy over to his baseball game and stay there to watch it, maybe I can learn something...
My teeth are killing me. I can barely eat cause of my wisdom tooth in the back of my mouth. It is giving me a terrible ache. Don't know what to do about it...!
However, need to go now. Baseball!

Awesome weekend!
The rest os the week after Tuesday just passed by as usual, work, gym, soccer.. Time is running away!
Anyway, Friday...
Rebecca had some friends from Sweden on vacation in NYC, and they asked her if she wanted to bring some friends and come there, and of course!! Somewhere to sleep too, I didn't mind, haha.
We left Philly around 9.30 and came to NYC at 11.30, then we took the metro to their rental apartment. And how nice, had some drinks and then we went out around 1.30 or something. Was out and got back to the apartment after eating something around 3.30 a.m. And, we were supposed to sleep on an air maddress, but nooo way, haha. We split us up, so one guy and one girl in each bed. Didn't mind that either, hahaha. Anyway, we ended up sleeping like 2 hours, between 6 and 8 I guess.
Saturday we spent in central park, a little hangover and just a little bit tired, just a tiny bit. 28 degrees celcius and sunshine... could have been nice, but not like that, haha. I guess I was back home here in the house at 7 p.m after driving Nico home. Nice!
I took a looong shower and then I just sat down in the chair out on the deck and read a book. So nice. I fell asleep out there, and would probably have slept there if Steve wouldn't have called.. Awake again. Good thing I guess. We just spent some time together, and then I went home, and to bed.
Pictures from Saturday. It was great, totally awesome, almost felt like being at home again, speaking Swedish all the time and just having a home party kind of. I like it!
Anyway, Sunday means soccer game, and today we played pretty well.. We lost, but it's nothing I can say anything about, we didn't have any subs and it was 30 degrees and the sun was just soo hot! It was fun anyway, just a little sad it was my last game on this team. It has been so much fun playing with them.
I just lay down when I got back from the game, outside by the pool with my book. Then Rebecca came over with salad and we had that for dinner. Laughed a lot about Friday, and talked a lot. NYC, definitely gonna go out there again ;)
I think I'll go to bed early today, I am so tired, feels like soemthing ran over me and hit me hard in the head, haha. Friday is coming back...

Nice end of the weekend
Sunday I had a soccer game.. which I played really bad in! I even got subbed out with 30 misn left of the game, first time I've ever been subbed out as a goalie. Anyway, he wanted me to play as a left defense, but of course, for the first time in forever, I didn't have my jersay in my bag. From now on I'll keep it in there. Anyway, not a good start of the day. But, the rest of the Sunday was great!
I went to the movies with Ying, we watched Titanic in 3D, it was pretty cool. After that we went for dinner at TGi, also great. I drove her home since it's on the way and then went over to watch the Flyers game at Steve's house. They lost... again! Let's see if they can manage to make a win tonight, since they have to. However, I spent some time with Steve just talking and planning for the summer. It is gonna be an awesome summer! We are talking about taking a weekend trip to Maine, that would be cool! :) Rooooadtrip, haha.
Now it is Tuesday, and I didn't go to class today since there was a guy that needed access in the basement. I don't mind tho..
Gonna go to CVS now to print some more pictures for my scrapbook, I am making progress, haha ;)

Having fun
It's been a regular work week, not a lot of difficulties and not too much work. My hostparents are just wonderful! I love them! They really want to spend time with their kids :) (Shouldn't every parent want that?) Anyway, last night, Friday, I went to the movies with Nico, Anne and Rieke, it was a good movie.. "The lucky one". I cried, haha. Couldn't help it. Me and Anne had "dinner" after. At midnight, cause neither of us really had time to eat before the movie.
It was amazing this morning, I felt like I was in heaven, could sleep in for the first time in like forever! No alarm set! Sooo rested when I woke up. No plans today either, so me and Nico just came up with some ideas, and ended up in Valley Forge Historical National Park. It was so nice there, and so beautiful. I really like the nature. Took some nice pictures, which Rebecca have on her phone. Maybe I'll get them some day..
After we ended up at King of Prussia mall, I bought a dress, so cool! Since we are probably going out in NYC next weekend. woop woop! Going to be awesome, I just hope that Rebecca gets off from work! :)
Soccer game tomorrow, and again I feel so grateful to my hostparents, they really want me to be able to play, even but they need me to drive tomorrow. My hostmom said she'll be okay anyway. Happy girl!!

Tough night
Yesterday was a great day, me and Chris booked the West coast trip for the summer, it is going to be totally awesoooome!! 90 days to go, countdown started!
I took a battle with the girl in the afternoon, cause I think she is old enough to put her coat on a hanger when she gets home from school. She didn't want to do it, and was crying and really mad at me for keeping her in the hallway until she did it. I just said that that took away 30 mins of her play time, since it took 30 mins for her to put it up. BUT, I am happy that I didn't give up, I was the one who was more stubborn, haha... After that we had a great time while my hostmum was at soccer with the boy. Me and the girl were playing and having so much fun!
After that I went to the gym with Rebecca and did some work out, showered there and then went home. Was supposed to meet up with Steve, but his class was running late, so no. Anyway, back home and in bed, I just started thinking about everything and suddenly I started crying again. Long time ago now tho.. I just couldn't stop, and it just came over me. Steve called and I couldn't talk, obviosly, haha.. When I called back he wanted to come over, just to like, comfort me? So, I went outside for fresh air and then I just cried and cried and cried again; but at least I wasn't alone anymore.
He got me in a better mood, and I guess it was good, otherwise I would have fallen asleep so late.
In class right now, we started the countdown for when it'll be over, haha... 4 more classes to go, no 5! Then, it'll be over, haha ;)
