Aching neck
I woke up this morning after a bad night. I couldn't really sleep well, because my neck was hurting too much from the infection in the ear which resulted in that I had to lay straight on my back, with my face pointing to the ceiling.
Anyway, I put the kids on the bus and then I rested for the rest of the day, and tried to get some sleep. Didn't end well, but think I got a couple of hours at least. The girl was really good this afternoon, and we had a great time playing outside when the boy was at Hebrew school. When the rest of the family got home I just felt like I wanted to go to bed, exhausted! But... made the kids dinner and then everything went wrong. A crying girl, a crying boy, fighting and screaming. None of us could get them to stop!
My hostdad left to do something and I stayed upstairs, felt like I wanted to help out, it was such a mess with the kids. Now I am in bed, been watching part 2 and 3 of the Swedish reality show "Stylisterna". Waiting for the next one!

I will have to call my counselor tomorrow, to see where to go for an ENT doctor. My hostmum think I need to do that..
